Warp Issue?

Can someone explain to me what I've heard called the 'jet warp issue' or 'warp bug' in CFS2?

The jet warp issue or warp bug, as it is better known, refers to arriving at the next waypoint in your jet aircraft after a WARP with your engine sputtering and out of fuel.

Here is an example shot of an AIR file that will not be a victim of the WARP BUG.
