What a wonderful looking skin!

This plane is a treat to fly because of her very powerful engine.....so she's not
just another Sabre.

Similar models of the F-86 in the Nationalist Chinese Air Force (ROCAF) flew combat many times against the MiGs of mainland China over the Taiwan Strait with significant results.

An interesting sidelight to what TR has noted is that the RAAF also deployed 2 squadrons of Sabres to Darwin to deal with the potential threat from Indonesian bombers based on West Timor. This article makes for interesting reading:http://www.awm.gov.au/journal/j37/darwin.asp

Got a bit behind on things and have been delayed on uploading the CA-27 package. Hopefully things will have calmed down and I'll have it up in a few days.
