What ship?

::) My sources deep inside Collin's Shipyard organization are reporting a new vessel on the ways... :-X

I'm not sure what she is, but perhaps one of you naval afficianados will be able to ID her...however, I should mention she is a WIP. :-/

Now here's a hint....she is the last of the WWII US destroyer classes.  :-X

Yep, she is the USS Gearing, DD-710, the lead ship in the last class of US destroyers serving in WWII.

These persnickity artistic types!  :o  Collin has got a version 2.0 out already.  This may constitute webmaster abuse, as I just got finished posting the first one and fixing the links....now I've had to do it all over again.  ;D

Anyhow....he 'toned her sheen a bit'...whatever that means????   She does look a lot better....  :-*
