update or patch?

It's been awhile since I've played CFS2 but I still consider it one of the finer WWII sims.

Hi Horseman. CFS2 was never patched as it never needed it.

This is the official support page. http://www.microsoft.com/games/combatfs2/

Horseman I recommend for you read this post from page one the last page. It will help you in gathering Information and Websites that are dedicated to this Sim.

http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb2 ... 1117604819

and this post http://forums.netwings.org/forums/showthread.php?t=27

The patcher for this program is you. In other words is always up to you how much you want to upgrade your CFS2 install.

This Sim has the most upgrade available to it than any other Sim that I know off. Its all up to you.

You can also join this and other forums dedicated to this hobby and ask for help.

Once you understand how to upgrade it becomes almost a addiction.

Have fun!

Thank you both.   For some reason I kept thinking patch 9.1 or something along that line, but realized that's for FS9 I believe.   Thanks for all the links also.     I've tried the IL2 series and PF but neither seem to measure to CFS2.  I miss the dogfights of CFS2.

Regards both.
