New Skins uploaded for DBolt's F4U-1 models

Hi boys & girls,

I have uploade six skins for DBolt's Improved Stock Model F4U-1a, c, & d - TWICE - as I did not mark in the description, the first time, that they were all for CFS2.

Now I would like to know the easiest way to find if these files are actually out there. I have uploaded files before; however, this is my first time with Simviation, and I need to be taken by the hand and led through the process.

I have attached some pix of these skins:  (I think)

Enjoy!

All I can say is thank you. I believe we should share all our upgrades and information in order to increase the interest in this Hobby in general.

Hi James007,

Thanks for the response. Can you tell me how long before uploads are posted, in general? I have many more to upload, but am holding off until I see that what has already been uploaded has been posted. Every site is different. Maybe, after finding my way around one site, I should just stick to that site only, but if everyone thought that way, there wouldn't be that many "toys" shared in simland. I need some information as to "what," "where," "when," and "why," in regards to simviation. Any help is appreciated.

Enjoy!

HEY THERE, 007,

I was hoping to get Simviation all figured out prior to getting back home to my toys next week, as I had intended to upload about thirty more unmirrored skins for DBolt's Improved (two sided) Stock Model. I also have a couple TBD-1 skins unmirrored and ready to go, and have been asked to do what I can to get a few "Kates" dressed up in new colors. To date, all of my F4U-xxxx skins have been uploaded on other sites. I just don't find my "trail" uploads to this site posted as of yet.

I can wait . . .

hmm well when i first tried i put the zip pics and readme in each of the different file sections on the upload page   :P Basicly keep everything in 1 zip like you would at SOH, if your doing that then i'm clueless

AS for piccys  http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=screen;action=display;num=1136648799

They don't appear instantly. It'll be most likely in tomorrows downloads page. Pete has to check the filenames and virus scan everything and other complicated things before he puts them up for downloading... don't want anything unpleasant happening to anyone ;)

Hey thanks, ozzy72,

I was just wondering, as I uploaded them on the 21st, and haven't seen them yet. I hope there wasn't too much confusion, as I uploaded them twice, due to an omission of catagory on the first upload. Hope it turns out OK.

Hang in there with me.

Thanks.
