WTF? Simnetwork!

I do not want to start to many more wars about Simnetwork but I searched their site for the keyword 'IJN' and guess what? I found a campaign. :-X

MY campaign! >:(

And I didn't give PERMISSION for it to BE THERE! >:( >:(

Simnetwork I hope you are reading this. Someone from Simnetwork should have just asked me first on the SimV Forums. But they just put it on! I believe they are scabbing things up from sites such as Simviation, because that's the only place I uploaded my addon to.

I shall e-mail them soon and ask them to not take it off but ask before they use the next addon of mine (or anyone else's for that matter) that I upload on Simviation.

And they had better ask next time. Or else I will resort to personally posting a notification on the SimV forums everytime I upload something, asking if anyone would like to get my addon and e-mail the zip file to anyone that wants it. That way no site will get their mits on my files! ;D It would be a pitty though as Simviation wouldn't get the files. :'(

Well, I just hope the people at Simnetwork are kind and ask me next time. :)

Bombardier,

I say give them zero tolerance! demand they take your file off, and use as much harsh language as you personally can.

but seriously, don't tolerate what they do, if I find one of my files on there, I'll let 'em have it. I only upload to Simviation, and Sim-outhouse, and that's the way it's gonna stay

We all might have to start puttin' something in our readme files like what Stiz does... lol.  ;)

Good Hunting,
Brandon

P.S. I hate cats...

Corsair Freak, as much as you are possibly right and you have a bad good attitude about that, I do not want to be that harsh (not yet anyway). I will try to find a way of contacting them to ask them to tell me next time when they want my addon on their site.

I think it's fine to be there just as though they ask me. No big-time complaints. I just want them to do it right next time. :)

Corsair Freak, I honestly do not like cats either. :-/

another thing you might wanna consider... tell them that your files are freeware, and freeware only... we all know what they like to do with freeware files...  >:(

I hope I have remembered to put a legal notice about freeware in my files. And I've been thinking...I now think it is fine for them to post my files for freeware. If they do it for payware (or anyone for that matter) they will be in for it... >:(

The guys at SimV do an excellent job though. Go Simviation! ;D

your files are freeware, and freeware only... we all know what they like to do with freeware files...

They had better not have done it then! >:( >:(

its best to be blunt and to the point  :)

(legal stuff i put in my read_me's)

This is FREEWARE and MUST NOT BE SOLD. If you do make people pay for these textures not only will you have Microsoft down your necks, I will hunt you down and make your life missery. Also to FSplanet and Simnetwork if i find you have uploaded my work (again in one case) then i will ask you to remove it, if you do not remove it then i will either spam your server or make your life a missery.

*NOTE :- If you do want to uploaded it to a site please e-mail and tell me FIRST*

:)
