Just reinstalled CFS2 and the guages in the VC don't show and neither do bullet holes, parts will still break off though, however loosing a wing dos'nt seem to effect an AI flown A6M... I however will loose control after 2 hits to any control surface :P
any ideas?
Craig... preparing to be clobbered tonight in MP ::)

Tequila your problem is unsual. Please give us a more specific explanation on whats your problems. Is it only happening to stock planes or addons. Do you used addons before you unstall it previously. The more information you give us the better we might be able to help you out with this problem.
The only thing that I can think is for you to uninstall CFS2. Go back to its folder and delete every folder or material left behind. Then reinstall CFS2 back.
If that does not work, we have other people who are better at the technical side of this game who might be able to help you.
Do give us more information.
Good luck

First try removing every trace of the game and then reinstalling. If that doesn't work update your graphics card drivers. And if that fails, sit tight and wait for Hagar to return from Old Warden.

Tequila_Sunrise have you tried to twig the visual settings within the game. Try it and see what happens.
Maybe they are too low.
Play around with the resolution as well. See if that makes any differece.

I've not heard of this one before. If it's a fresh install on a new machine I'm thinking it might be something to do with your video card. First of all make sure you have the correct drivers installed.
