I downloaded the 538 Yas Spitfire Vb. But for some reason the sides of the aircraft are black. Anyone know what's wrong?

The fuselage textures are MkV_f1_16.bmp and _f2_. these should have been installed in the texture folder when you unzipped the model.

I assume the other parts ie wings are textured OK?

Not aware of any issues on this model. Check the texture folder for the above, and if problem persists drop me an email and I'll send another set of textures.
You could try copying another YAS texture set into 538 to see if they work. MkV DLN or DLU should work.

Just a thought.....check the CFS2 settings....
Under settings in CFS2 the max texture size must be set to 1024....??

The names are right. I tried changing max texture to 1024 but still no effect. I'll post a pic later.

my email has been down for the last couple of days, so I don't know how you went with the textures I sent. Can you confirm?

Have you downloaded any other YAS models? Do they have the same problem?

Anyone else having similar problems????
