Dcg Flanders18 Anyone?

Has anyone gotten Dcg's Flanders18 working. I was unable to locate the Combat Aces on Alpha Sims site but dled the WwI planes from their freeware section and also found some more @ Aero. I don't have any problem editing and substituting the planes but the program is looking for airfields that don't exist in the airbases.dat file, ie: Ca Camai etc. Where can I find the information to add to the airbases.dat file?

Thanks
Ron

Through deligent research I finally found the answers and got this puppy working. Nothing like those daring young men in their Sopwith's and Fokker's. If anyone else is interested I'll be more than happy to post the info.

Okay James, here goes.
    The original package refers to the Combat Aces program from Alpha Sims which as far as I can tell is no longer available.
     Never fear, download the planes from their free downloads and also from Aero that will give you a nice variety to choose from. Don't forget to setup the panels and sounds.
    Now dl and install the WwIcfs2 Scenery package (Aercfs2.zip) by Steve Richardson.
    Open up the airbases.dat file and add the following entries, don't forget to change the numbers to fit your installation.

[runway.73]

takeoff_stop_pos=1600,200
landing_start_pos=5000,350
landing_touchdown_pos=600,0
landing_stop_pos=-250,0

[runway.77]

    Open up the squadrons.dat and change the aircraft to the ones that you will be using as substitutes.
    Note that you will be flying for Germany in this campaign. The rest is the typical dcg procedure. Let me know if you have any questions and give me more specific info on Japan 1945 as I do have that working.

Ron Forgive me being late in responding to your post. Thank you for responding so quickly.
My problem with Japan 45 is that no matter what I do. It does not show up as a option Campaing. In other words. I pick a name for a pilot in Japanese Campaing
section and when I look for the campaing it does not appear as one of the campaings available. Even when the Dynamic generator has created a mission for it. I have install several different Dynamic campaings before. Can you help me?.
Thank you James
