I have DCG 63 for quite a while now. I decided the other night to install it now that I have a bit more Knowledge of how to install things into CFS2. I have been succesfull  in installing several different campaings so far. But there is one that I have not been able to install . DCG Japan 45 has given me lots of  headaches . I have always wanted a Dynamic Campaing about the air war over Japan and now that I have one I have been unable to install it. I have follow the instructions to the letter but no matter what I do the Campaing does not show up as available. Has anyone been succesful  with it and can any give me Ideas on how to install it. I will appreciate it very much .
Thankyou james007

James I have a ?. In the instructions it states that to change campaigns just change folders under cfs2\dcg_campaigns\. When I do that nothing changes. Ie: I have dcg set up for Bougainville which works fine. When I direct dcg for example Burma nothing happens it continues to generate missions for Bougainville. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
Ron

Ron I had the same problem before and I had to try several time before I was able to figure it out. By the way the AVG is one better campaing made with the Dynamic format. First of we should thank the Gentelman who created this program.

The first thing you should do is make sure everything is install properly. Put the AVG campaing in the Dynamic Folder inside the campaing folder. place the runway scenery inside on the following Folder. This folder is located at My Computer/Program File/Microsoft games/Combat flight Simulator.

I forgot one important detail. The airfield File program. You need to istall it inside the Information Folder.

Hi James, thanks for the response. I think I narrowed down the problem. I had a custom country.cfg created with all the nationalities and appropriate screens set up. Apparently dcg didn't like it as I substituted the one provided by dcg and all is well in Cfs2 land, now all I have to do is edit dcg's country.cfg and try to get all my nationalities back.
