TG2 for CFS2?

I've never heard anyone mention this, but does anyone know whether TG2 functions for CFS2 as well as for CFS1?

This talk of bombsights has re-awakened an interest in me, especially now TG2 seems to have been made compatible with Windows XP.

Hi Padser,

From the readme TG2 is not compatible with WinXP.

It is however possible to drop 'Alpha' bombs in multiplayer games.

There are many around with far more experience than me in this area but let me know if you need any further info.

Have fun

Kev

Hi Kev

I've looked into it over at http://www.multicfs.com and there does appear to be an XP version available now, but a quick check over the forums there tells me that TG2 with CFS2 is a no no...

Ah me... ::)

I've heard of the Alpha bomb thing, but had forgotten about it  - I may well look into it. Thanks for the reminder!

Hi Pad,

I have modified the Avhistory B17 to utilies cannon with 500lb rounds to use in multiplayer bomb runs.

If you like I could send that to you.
I also a bombsight to the plane.

Have fun

Kev

~S~ Kev,

I'd appreciate it! If nothing else, it would allow me to reverse engineer the .dp file and see how you did it, then I can try it on other aircraft as well.

I've always liked bombsights (maybe I should get out more...) - please do send as well.

Thanks

Hi Pad,

I haven't got the files here at work but I'll try and remember over the weekend amongst watching the Farnborough Airshow and preparing for my wedding!

If you haven't got anything from me by Sunday please send me a mail. I have a memory like a sieve!

I see you have Yahoo mail. I'll just send the amended files rather than the whole plane.  If you don't have it (you should!) the B17 should be on www.Avhistory.org
