Catching cheaters in cfs2

I am a squad leader of a popular squadron on the msn gaming zone and we suspect one of our members is cheating - We have a zero tolerane policy on cheating. I need to know if there is any way to find out and prove that someone is cheating? I would hate to accuse one of our members wrongly. Please, any help would be useful, thanks in advance.

I'm sure some of the guys soup their DP files up and add extra performance to the airfile, but I don't think there is actually a way of proving it

There is a program many use on the Zone called "Fair Skies". It checks DP files, Air files and Acft. cfg files. If he is cheating, you can catch him with this.

If not, then just ask on the Zone, it's well known there.
