My system only works for CFS2 and FS2000 (and lower versions   ) so I'm trying to pick between the two... I figure I could find them on amazon or some other online store). I mean, CFS sounds cool because of the WW2 planes and missions, but FS2000 has commercial airlines, which CFS has very few if not none, even for download add-ons. FS2000 has military add-ons though. So, could someone please give me an unbiased opinion of which one I should buy?  :)

If you want to shoot bad guys out of the sky then CFS2 is the only way to go.  And most FS2000 aircraft will work in CFS2.

Get both of them. They are very inexpensive now since they are older apps.

I had FS 2000 for a while, but prefer CFS 2. It just depends on what type of flying you like

CFS2 is definately superior but get them both you can use FS2000 scenery in CFS2 , US city scapes and air ports are great back grounds for dog fighting in Extra 300 's
Plus CFS2 has moving ships and carrier's you can land on I've seen some FS2000 oil rig scenery modified to be used like air craft carriers for helecopters in the CFS2 mission builder. I could go on !
