talking in multiplayer

Ok, I know that there is a program that allows you to talk to your team mates in multiplayer. i know I've seen it somewhere. But I cant for the life of me remember what its called. so I havent had much luck searching. Can someone supply me that name? Or better yet a link? And is it payware or freeware?

There are two programs out there that are widely used. Roger Wilco and Game Speak ( or Team Speak, can't rem. the name.) There are free versions of both.

Do a Google search for them, they will be listed.
