There is no "Mod" needed. Just turn off the engine master switch, (Before you hit the deck, if possible.)

I think it stops the fuel pump.

I don't think you can do this with the stock aircraft.

She started to nose over but fell back on her tail a little to hard.

I don't get it, I've never had a problem landing wheels up

But don't you get the dredded "PROP STRIKE" and then blow up?

Sometimes you have to wait for the blast...it was certainly delayed if you shut off everything.

occasionally but most of the time nothing happens, I just screach to a halt  8)

Right you can sit as long as you like and watch everybuddy else duke it out.

The Mods also let the rear gunner and radio man jump out of the multi-crew aircraft.

I caught the wing and it ripped off. I managed to keep her from rolling over and she came to rest on the other wing and I had slowed enough that it held. She cought fire but didn't "BLOW"
