deleting ai planes

sorry if i seen a little nieve but can i clear the planes  that i dont want out of the airplanes file? like the ai aircraft files? or is that a dumb idea? ???

Take my advice & leave the defauilts alone or you will mess things up. You can delete any 3rd party aircraft you wish - unless they're used in missions.
