doe's anyone know of a tool that will convert cfs1 aircraft to work in cfs2? :oI thank all of you knowledgeable people very much!

No but there's some ready-fixed files posted in the CFS2 section. Look for Allied & Axis Expansion packs. I'm not sure why anyone would want to use the CFS1 defaults in CFS2. There are so many excellent 3rd party aircraft posted on this site alone. I would say they're all much better quality.
