i downloaded the ground crew's german radio mesages but i cant get thm working, i put them on their own on the sound/action folder along with the rest as the readme said, i also changed the nationality file so germany's short name was GER

that didnt work, so i placed them on a folder called GER and thats not working either. what can i do?

Ace. I downloaded the file to check it out. By the way it's configured the sound files should be pasted direct into the CFS2\SOUND\action folder - not in a separate subfolder. The default Country.cfg should not need editing unless you previously edited it.

I haven't actually tried it but assume the campaign/missions would have to be written from the German side for it to work. The Player aircraft would also need the correct allegiance defined in its DP file. The allegiance entry for Germany is

[MISC_DATA]
allegiance=2

ya, i tried that, i looked over my DP's, i edited the country.cfg (before it said USA) now it says GER and i have the ounds outside, on the main action folder. they r supposed to work on quickcombat, and i remember i had them before (before my computer broke, like a year ago) and they worked fine

It's a while since I've fired up CFS2 except for troubleshooting or testing aircraft. Can't say I remember radio calls in QC. Do the default voices work OK on the default aircraft?

they do, they work fine, and u do have radio while in QC when u fly with wingmen
