Mission Builder problems

I havent used Mission Builder in a while and when i tried to start it up today, it openned and while still on the opening picture gave me one of those "failed to initialize database" error msgs. i reinstalled CFS2 and still the same. I didnt delete all the other files in cfs2 however bc i dont want to lose all my addons.....anyone else ever have this problem or know how to fix it?

OHH...by the way...just remembered something. I might have more than 100 aircraft in CFS2....would mission builder not work if i go over the 100 plane limit?

That could be the problem, the easiest way to check would be to remove a few of your aircraft and see if it has any affect.
