can somone help me??

Everytime I want to play a multiplayer game I've been sent back to the lobby and I get the message game failed to launch

I think it's because my firewall but the problem is I've got an adsl router with a firewall in it and i can't turn off the firewall. is there a patch for playing behind a firewall?? or does anone know hou to play behind a firewall???

Have you tried freeing up port 80? This normally solves the problem
