Would anyone show website to get a roating wheel Fw190-d9
model.?

Can anyone show me how to make none rotating wheel airplane to be a rotating wheel model....?

What file determent the wheel rotation in Aircraft of CFS2.
would it be texture file or model file...??

Model but you cant do much without the original file and a design program.
