KI-43 Oscar problems

Spent all day adding aircraft to CFS-2. I've had great success, except for the KI-43. I've added panels, sound files, textures, tried aliasing, even model config files...no luck. Anyone know where I can find a good no-brain required Oscar? Thanx.
