Where can I get the SDK for CFS2?

I used to have it on my old HD, but I lost it when it crashed.

Do you mean the MDL Converter or updated Country.cfg file? Both linked to this page.
http://www.microsoft.com/games/combatfs2/These are the only CFS2 SDKs I know of.

Actually, I meant the Mission Builder thing.
