New Campaigns

I have been building a new Battle of Britain campaign for CFS2 and want to make it a stand off one.One that can be selected from the drop down box where you pick the Campaign.I don't know how to do it though...Help me here mates.I also would like to know how to get to the CFS2 scenery builder.Thanks
