Is There a Good CFS2 Installer?

I'm having problems trying to install addons.  Some work and some don't.  It seems that all of the ones I really want don't work.  Do any of you know where I can find a good, but simple, addon installer for cfs2?

WinZip + Windows Explorer + a little experience is the best installer. IMHO
