removing and adding runways

Martins GSL tool will not remove items which are not GOB,runways are not GOB.i dont want to remove the runways bgl's from the scenery file since i only want to work on one scenery. FSSC can only remove what you do with it,in this case its not a scenery done with their tools.i want to remove and replace with other runways , can anyone help.
