Bones,
This I-16 is meant to be a weapon (as far as I can tell). The [LIGHTS] section you have should be changed to what I suggested if you want paratroops. There is another animation...but only for the FS2004 model.

Part of the problem could be that my computer is not powerful enough to run it, I only have 64 meg video, 768 meg RAM and 1.2 gig processor.

I have made repeated installs to different folders, the panel folder that enables CFS2 to see the I-16 as a weapon, or as anything, does not install on my copy of the TB-3. I'm going to advise Icarus Support of this.

Does the engines on your I-16s run, and do they have bombs?

Bones,
I can call up the I-16 and the prop works when I start the engine, but it has neither bombs nor guns. If you are looking for a good I-16 try Ivan Tsu's model. I think it is at SimOuthouse.
