Final Tweaks

;) I've just uploaded a small package of final tweaks for the F-80C:

- New DP/CDP files to tweak tank position
- New panel.cfg to correctly sight guns in CaptMercy's upgraded panel.
- New tank BMP from Bub

I oughta be up Sunday morning.  8-)
