p-51 d in mission builder

Hello and merry Christmas, happy holidays everyone.  I have found a nice P 51 on this site called   "P-51D Anjules- Repainted by Robert "Hawk"
Using the "Petie" Airfiles & DP/Mdl files" .   I have downloaded it and it works very well in CFS2's  free flight.  But it does not show in Mission Builder at all. Why?

Check out the entered_service= date under the [MISC_DATA] section of the DP file. If this is later than the date of the mission the aircraft cannot be selected.

THANK YOU FOR REPLYING.  I CHECKED DP FILE,  AND THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "[MISC_DATA] section " IN THERE.  SO I COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
