bomb trainer missing

okay, maybe you guys can help. I have a second install of cfs2 on my computer with the korean campaigns. its at c:/cfs2korea instead of c:/programfiles/mircosoftgames/cfs2. I have this in cfg files for the bomb trainer to work:

bomb_trainer=1
damagemsgs=1
free_warp=1
ALLOW_SLEW=1
The install i just copied from the original and put in the directory. the bomb trainer does NOT work. does anyone know where this comes from or how to make it work. It is in the cfs2.cfg file but does not show up for any planes in the game. It works fine in my original install but not in the second one. I would like to use the bomb trainer but can't .thanks for any help>>>

I don't know why you're having problems. I have 4 "duplicate" installs of CFS2 right now & the bomb trainer & other Cheats will work in all of them providing I edit the correct CFG file.

The bomb trainer is a a bunch of 3d lines intersecting at a point on the ground. Now if you start diving you should see it, if there isn't any cloud cover etc. to obscure your forward veiw. When the intersection point of the lines comes over the target, release!

Jeff's problem is that the bomb trainer works in the original install of CFS2 but not in the duplicate.

Jeff. I haven't experienced this problem myself but I noticed you mentioned on another forum that you're using Paul Hauschildt's utilities. I don't know which utility this is but it could be causing a problem of some sort. We've been experimenting with the bomb trainer for future Fox Four campaigns & find Bill Potvin's Cfo_Weather very useful for switching the bomb trainer on & off during play. Sorry, I just thought in part of his post he asked how to make it work. Yeah, I've downloaded that already, but I never have installed it yet.

I got it, thanks. I used th cfo weather and it works fine.
