Cheat Code for Slewing in CFS2?

I saw this somewhere a couple of days ago, but cannot find it now. Can someone tell me what the correct cheat code is for the CFS2 CFG file in order to enable slewing?

Also, install the CFO for CFS2 module by Bill Potvin - this gives you access to this feature (and others such as the bomb_trainer) from the CFO menu when playing offline. Invaluable when involved in any kind of development work.

When online, these features are very rightly disabled.

That bomb trainer really is quite the handy tool. Although that "Alien Ray" is quite cheap, who want's to kill all the oppenents at once like that?!
