New water textures for the ETO

I redid the water textures for the ETO and uploaded them to SOH.

Just downloaded it Stiz, get at it first chance, tho' i quite like the azure blue sea's around Liverpool in my Euro' CFS2  ::)

Not bad , not bad at all, wont be bailing out into the sea too quick now looks too COLD  :o
