Repainting Aircraft

Hi every1,

I am enquiring about repainting aircraft (unsuprisingly!). How do you do it?  ??? I have tried everything from editing the .bmp file in Microsoft Paint from editing the .bmp file in Paint while it's still in the WinZip archive. The end result always is the aircraft going this horrible brown colour. Is there a special program you need to edit the file and if so can you get it from Simviation.com?

try it with dxt bmp editor can be dowloaded @ http://www.simviation.com/cfs2utilities1.htm

just open the paint files with dxt bmp editor. than send it to an editor and after the edit save it with the dxt bmp editor. works with me  :)
