I Need Help

My computer crashed last week and I lost alot of information about how to work on files. Two of the most important things lost was how to cut the stock scenery and runways off so that I can add the Midway scenery.I have the scenery but don`t have the readme. Another thing lost was the information about how to flatten areas in CFS2. I sure could use this information please help if you can. In advance thanks to all
