why are Featured Downloads rarely on the same page as the link suggests. Petty I know but annoying when you have to go searching and time is of the essence.

I had noticed this but thought it was me, the download item seems to be on the next page up.

It's because new files are added to that section regularly and they fall back until a reset is done. If you do find that - I have never known a case where they are more than a page or 2 back.
