It's called spam and thanks for alerting me. We have a whole pile of anti spam measures here but if a real person is being paid $5 per day in China or India to sit there and actually register on forums to post ads nobody will pay attention to - there isn't a lot we can do about it except delete the user and ads as soon as we see them.
