I suspect that its only "Admin" who can decide what is, and what is not "Spam", and only they have the authority to act on it.

We just have to wait for them to arrive at the possible scene of the crime, and arrest the offenders, if necessary... ...!

I know that, Paul. I ment it as a little helping hint to the mods, so they could have a look in a shorter time.
I'm aware that some (few i hope) could misuse it, and in that view, i think its better to forget it.
