Goodly morning all... :)

I have been thinking about this for awhile and I was wondering about something.

When we post the above header "Topics already posted" when starting a new topic it is easy to click on the empty space and see all the topices each of us individually has posted.

Goodly evening all... ;)

Well I kind of need the barn as it is like a Private Club House when we have little fly-in's with friends.   :)

What I would like is an answer to my three questions before I start a new topic somewhere, click on the white space and start deleting to see if that is what is actually does.  Erases all the posts.
I am kind of a trial and error type person who likes to push buttons to see what they do.   :D

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

I think you are refering to this :

Image

1. "If I click on that empty space and then pick out a topic why can't I retreive it to read it?"

It's not a link to anything, just an 'easier' way to fill in the blank with words you've used before.
What it is, is the auto fill-in feature of your web browser, it remembers things you've typed in the past, to try to save you time by not having to type it again.
Usually this is quite helpful for searching for sites, or passwords, but not for this purpose.

2."If I click on that empty space and then pick out a topic and hit the "Delete" button will that delete that topic?"

Deleting them, will not delete your post, or affect anything else here at the forum. The information you see in that box, is contained on your end of the connection in your temporary internet files.

3. "Is there any location, button or any way means or whatever to see all the "Topics" I have started to read them instantly?"

Only the way that Doug mentioned, to view your 25 most recent posts.

Hope this answers your questions

Ah, that explains it. Thanks Shane. Disabling that Autofill feature is one of the first things I did after installing the Google Toolbar.

PS. I've also disabled all those features from Firefox/Tools/Options/Privacy.
