Shouldn't it be "Music, Arts, & Entertainment"

Their is an extra space and a missing comma!   ;D

You don't need a comma in a list with the 'and'  ::)

The Oxford Comma? A comma preceding a grammatical conjunction in a list of 3 or more items.

I prefer it without, except for special occasions.

I always tend to do a comma like Jordan does, just before the "and". Gives it a bit more emphasis on the list.
