Odd ad

Not sure where to post this. I spotted this ad on the main forum page today. Not the first time I've seen it.

I think it is only offering the demo version.

Forum ads are google ads.

From the illustration they're offering FSX DeLuxe as a free download. If you click on the ad they want you to install the HotBar toolbar in order to download it. I checked this out & it's known adware which is difficult to get rid of. The only free download of any MS sim that I know of is the FSX Demo which is readily available from the Microsoft Insider website with no strings attached.

I pointed this out as it makes this site look bad. If you're not interested then I'm obviously wasting my time.

It is a pretty suspicious ad to anyone that knows anything about the legality of such a download. I have not seen the ad much myself. Just with any ad I ignore it but I can see where you are getting that it makes SimV look bad.
