Download using Windows Vista?

Can any one tell me how i can download aircrafts using get right in windows vista?

I always get disconnected from server message on getright, I read the simviation troubleshoot but they say to remove the firewall, I tried that too but nothing work. Can anyone help me, I need to know are there any other option i can disable or enable.

To allow someone to help you, please give us more information.

Give a specific file name that you are trying to download here at SimV.

What version of Vista?

Are you connecting from a home location or a work location or an intenet cafe?

What is you connection speed?  (Dial up, DSL, cable, satellite, etc.)

How is the internet connection itself handled and model # of the unit ?  (modem, router, etc.)

Do you have bandwidth / speed limits from your service provider?

Descrine step-by-step exaclty how you try to download and save the file.

That will help people figure this out.

Hi - we only suggest disabling firewall as a test to see if the firewall is the culprit - It is not necessary to disable firewall to download files & firewalls should always be on!  8-)

Try not using getright. If you are not a member you are restricted in how many connections you can make to our system - getright is probably trying to make multiple connections.

Download a file without Getright & you should be fine. Vista makes no difference.
