You can upload files without a members account, I've uploaded some sceneries without a members account before. ;)

...And plus the members account funds are what keeps this site running. ;)

Membership is irrelevant as far as uploading is concerned. You don't log in in any way to upload. 2 completely different things.

100% of uploads here have been done the same way.
