Quite happy!

Postby Isak922 » Thu Aug 07, 2008 7:55 pm

Finally decided to go ahead and become a paying member of the SimV community...

And I'm quite impressed!

Download speeds pushing 150kb/s most of the time! 8-)

Only complaint so far is that once I start downloading something, I can't switch to different download pages to download even more goodies!

Before, it never gave me that little problem.

Is this something I can be expecting for the time being? Or just a fault on my end?

Quite happy over-all other than that one issue :P

I don't have that problem.  I start a download and brows for more, no problem.

It happens to me once in a while, usually when I start a big download, if I do smaller downloads I can download several at a time and still cruise the internet, but if I start the big one up, all internet activity ceases until it's done downloading.

I think it's an IE7 setting or possibly your ISP, maybe even a Vista setting...not sure though.  I'm pretty sure it isnt SimV though since everyone else seems to work fine, and it only occurs when I download big files over 70Mb
