question about download speeds

Hi... I used to download add ons for FS2004 here at simviation at speeds between 400 and 520 kb/s , I have comcast high speed internet but since this week the download speeds dropped to 30 kb/s , why is that? is it my conection , firewall or the web server speed?

Al,
When was it that you used to get the high download speeds - was it within the last 6 months or so and before Premier membership was introduced?

Yes download speeds have been reduced to 30kbs on the free server.
