Text/page size

Dont really know quite how to explain this but when posting yesterday, i altered the text size using [size=] (as normal) which normally has no effect on anything but the text im resizing, however yesterday it altered the size of everything! So although the whole page fits the screen as it did, its almost enlarged everything else....and i kinda liked it as it was I cant seem to get it back. Its only a slight change but its weird. Any ideas on how to get back to how it was?

Ah, i think i found it. Pressing CTRL and +/- seems to have put it back!!! Strange, its never changed before!!! Guess this is an apple keyboard thing but still odd using [size] changed it in the first place!
