Download Problem

When I try to download aircraft, I get this "Download File" box and when I click on the recommended file, I get an advertisement from a Registry software vendor. What's going on?

Hi - the only ads we run are banners on the top, left column and base of the page in the free areas.

No simviation link goes to an ad. I suspect you clicked an ad - not the file download button.

If you can be more specific about what you clicked, I or someone else can replicate what you have done to give you more specific info.

What happened to the simple way of downloading just by clicking on the aircraft and save. Is it possible that my paid express log-in priveleges has expired for 2010 and that I need to renew it?

If you are seeing ads you are not logged in.

I have just checked your account and it expires in Jan 24th 2011. You will receive a renewal email about this.
