I need some help activating my account...

Postby FozzyNOK » Thu Jun 19, 2008 9:40 pm

I have been a lurker and shameless free down loader of aircraft from the site for years. I decided finally to join the real club and paid for to join. Well, you know that point where they tell you to click the big orange button to return to complete the register process? I screw up and saw everything BUT that. I ended up paying the fee's getting charged and have the receipt from paypal ect.

I tried to contact the powers that be via email and have gotten ZERO response.. Any ideas? Do I really would like to have the access to the paid areas.. but I'm rather frustrated and ready to try and get a refund for the fee.  :'(

ANY help from ANYone associated with the main site would be greatly appreciated :-/

Hi

It's very common!

Email support@simviation.com with your details & I will show you how to complete the signup.

Usually Paypal payments that don't complete will be emailed with the details anyway.

Thank you for your support.
