The earlier file is 8.3MB while the latter file is 12.6MB.  Despite these file size differences, they have the same description.  Could it be the later file is an improved update of the first?  If so, do we want to remove the first file?  Or, are they two different add-ons?

We get files that we already have uploaded regularly. Why do people do it? Who knows.
