Best way to help fix problems!

Also I would be VERY grateful for reports if the forums have an obvious problem.
(Please do not report the occasional slowdown which will happen from time to time. )
What happened at the weekend was a serious problem and the sooner I can be alerted to this the sooner I can fix it and prevent permanent damage and data loss.
