I noticed there was the "media" button added recently.  How do we use it?

Can we just do it like this? -

[media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Itkf9FO6q8s[/media]

Or where do we upload it?

Out of curiosity, is there a reason we need to upload to simteevee before embedding a video?  I mean, sometimes I may want to make a quick link to a video on, say, YouTube.   Is there a reason this would be bad?

That's fine - it's just we prefer to have relevant videos uploaded here - most of youtube would be irrelevant to simteevee  ..  :)

It's called doing the decent thing - promote your video - 'well at least upload it here too!'  ;)
